1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nndk ("nndk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at nndk.io.

By completing the account registration process on nndk, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any portion of the nndk platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of nndk following the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail in all circumstances.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an active nndk account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had an nndk account suspended, closed, or permanently banned for any breach of these Terms.
• You are not employed by nndk or any of its affiliated companies, nor are you an immediate family member of such an employee, in any context that would create a conflict of interest.
• You are not a politically exposed person (PEP) or subject to international sanctions without having disclosed this to nndk.

nndk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be under the age of 21, their account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings accrued during the underage period will be forfeited. nndk will report underage gambling incidents in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) nndk account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or any other identifying factor — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund of deposited funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your nndk account credentials, including your username and password. nndk will never contact you via any channel — email, SMS, live chat, or social media — to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the nndk support team at [email protected] immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nndk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing any withdrawal request, or at any time nndk reasonably deems it necessary, you may be required to submit the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number).

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Rocket — Mobile banking service operated by Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited.

nndk reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific payment methods may vary depending on your location within Bangladesh and the policies of the relevant payment service provider.

4.2 Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be communicated within your account dashboard. nndk reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on nndk are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nndk does not apply foreign exchange conversion fees on transactions processed through supported local payment methods. Your deposited amount in ৳ is credited to your nndk account wallet at a 1:1 ratio with no platform-level deduction. Note that your individual mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their own fee schedules, which are outside nndk's control.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted during standard processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST, UTC+6) are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to the completion of applicable KYC verification and the absence of any security review triggers. nndk does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by the payment service provider's own processing infrastructure.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. nndk reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Accounts that remain dormant for 24 consecutive months may be permanently closed at nndk's discretion, with remaining balances handled in accordance with applicable regulations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, nndk may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, deposit match promotions, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings. Players must comply with all bonus-specific terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on the nndk platform — including slots, live casino tables, fishing games, Lucky Dice, and sports betting markets — is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant game information page. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, while these Terms shall prevail with respect to account, payment, and conduct matters.

6.2 Certified Random Number Generators

6.4 Void Bets

nndk reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a technical error, a manifest pricing error, or a system malfunction. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's nndk account wallet. nndk will not honour bets placed at odds or prices that were clearly erroneous and not reflective of the true market at the time of placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the nndk platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one nndk account (including accounts in a different name).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to nndk.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nndk's total aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the nndk platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nndk account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nndk expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential loss, whether or not such loss was foreseeable.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes nndk's liability for death or personal injury caused by nndk's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

nndk collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the nndk Privacy Policy.

nndk implements 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the nndk platform. Account passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing. nndk will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. nndk operates as a safe and reliable online platform and does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling under the specific laws of each individual player's jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the nndk platform complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
